The female clerk at the desk, Sylvia I think her name was, she was very friendly and helpful. Liked that it was clean, central location.
1. The beds were hard 2) the male clerk at the desk did not listen to my concerns about the bathroom door in the room that creaked very badly and would awaken us during the night if one of us got up in the miidle of the night to use bathroom. I requested to have the door oiled.....he did not follow through on this. It appeared that he didn't really care and he was not as friendly as the female. 3) breakfast was poor, coffee should have been freshly brewed, it was in a thermos.

Location was perfect for us, our first time in Seville. It was very close to the bus station, Cathedral, Parque and Plaza de Espana. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area.

A lovely outdoor breakfast area enhances the stay, perfect for morning caffeine or an afternoon drink. The hotel's charm comes from its renovated historical building, showcasing artistic decor that adds a unique character.
Navigating the parking situation proves tricky, especially with driving restrictions on Elvira Street. The walls between rooms are thin, resulting in disturbances from neighboring guests, impacting overall tranquility. The towels provided could be thicker and more plentiful.

The room was clean and spacious, and also very quiet, even though I have some difficulty to find it, quite narrow street, winding road, etc. But I have a pleasent time during the stay.
The man working at night can't speak English at all, but the others-whom I met in the morning and in the afternoon- can speak English.

The dinners were always great and so tasty in the little and familiar restaurant. The rooms are comfortable and nice - great bathroom. The Hotel is really central, so it's great to walk around the city and to go out at night, as it's really close to a lot of restaurants, bars and even a disco. In sum we loved our stay!
The breakfast was a bit short on variety.

I was almost ready to leave a good review, until I noticed the sad state of the room-definitley in need of a refresh. Soundproofing? Ha! I could hear breakfast preps as if they were in my room. Truly, I'm astonished I didn't receive a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles.

Overall good breakfast with sweets, fruit plus meat/cheese and excellent service. Great location a short walk to Plaza Nueva. Found in a fairly nice area adjacent to many shops and restaurants and tapas bars.

Well located close to main sights, including the Alhambra (reason why we were in Granada). We prefer traditional/historic hotels to very modern ones, so the Posada del Toro fitted this well. Nice room, well-kitted out and very good value.
Breakfast was very basic, but not a big concern given the overall very good value of the hotel given its quality and central location.
